Shopify Theme Detector

Find out which Shopify theme any store uses, including the original theme behind a renamed copy. Free, no sign-up.
Try:

Find Any Shopify Store's Theme

Enter a store's address to see which Shopify theme it runs. The detector shows the theme's original name, the name the store gave its own copy, the theme version and whether it came from the Shopify Theme Store. It also lists the apps and scripts it can see on the home page, and where the store is hosted.

How It Works

Every Shopify storefront includes a small piece of theme information in its page code. The detector loads the store's home page once, reads that information and checks for other Shopify signs, such as files served from cdn.shopify.com. Nothing is installed and you don't need a browser extension.

Original Theme vs. the Store's Name for It

Store owners often duplicate their theme before making changes and rename the copy, for example "Dawn - Black Friday". The original theme is the one you can install on your own store; the store's name is just their label.

Custom and Third-Party Themes

If a theme isn't from the Theme Store, it's either sold by a third party, such as on ThemeForest, or built just for that brand. Big brands usually have custom themes, so their exact design can't be bought, but you can often find a Theme Store theme with a similar layout.
